Life & Hobbies

Dr. Randy Bagay earned his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Memphis in 2005. While there, he served as President of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. Shortly after, he left for Naval Officer Candidate School and spent the next 20 years serving his country in the United States Navy. Dr. Bagay is a Gulf War Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation New Dawn.

While on active duty, Dr. Bagay graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis. There, he served as Vice President of his dental school class. He is a general dentist with extensive training in implant dentistry, oral surgery, and computer-aided design for crowns.

Dr. Bagay enjoys spending his spare time with his family and playing pickleball. He is looking forward to meeting you and taking care of all your dental needs.

Life & Hobbies

Dr. Nguyen's journey into dentistry began after earning her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from Western Kentucky University. After several years as a Registered Dental Hygienist, she pursued her Doctor of Dental Surgery at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, graduating with honors and receiving the Academic Excellence Award and the Quintessence Award in Restorative Dentistry. She has specialized training in Invisalign clear aligner therapy and nitrous oxide sedation. Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, she is deeply committed to her community through various service initiatives. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Nguyen enjoys running, traveling, and exploring diverse culinary traditions. She resides in Jacksonville, Florida, with her husband, Dr. Hernandez, and their son, Vincent.
